Problems and Solutions With Home Inspections is a continuing education elective course approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This course reviews the basic responsibilities of the home inspector and some of the state-regulated rules regarding “better” home inspection report writing skills. Some of these rules were passed in NC Senate Bill 1007 that was sponsored by the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® in 2009.
